Offered is the Weston Panel Meter Model: 827, Type: 31. This one is a dual movement type, marked as follows: TUNE and COUP. It is a US Navy meter, marked on the back as follows: NL-61333-2 and N17-M-32371-7776 and W/59. The movements each test OK, they deflect upon DMM testing. Likely from a US Navy Aircraft. 3 1/4 inches in diameter, requiring a 3 1/8 inch diameter panel opening. The back plate is loose, the back itself has a black rubber sleeve/gasket over the entire back surface, over which the back plate is attached.
