The heavy-duty Guardian Fall Protection Poly Steel Rope Lifeline is ideal for high-moisture environments. Unlike nylon rope, which can reduce in strength by 10% to 15% when wet, poly steel rope does not absorb water, so it does not lose strength when wet. This rope is also particularly resistant to damage from ultraviolet light, and its synthetic composition makes it resistant to damage from cuts and abrasion, for an increased equipment lifetime. Poly steel is 10 times stronger than polypropylene. 5/8in. thick with integral snap-hook end for easy connection to anchor.
