NOT 2 1/2" Hamburger grind size disc for the STX TurboForce 3000 Approximately 5/32" (actually 4.0 mm) holes plate WITH TABS on opposite sides This size hole is commonly used for typical hamburger grind meat. The actual holes are slightly smaller than 3/16" #12 size Commercial Meat Grinder plate for meat grinders that require a disc with the two tabs. This is a very popular size but please check your grinder for compatibility. STX has different sizes of #12 meat grinders.
