I guarantee it will not be DOA. I was able to connect the dermatome to compressed air and it is running strong. The actuation on the throttle lever is clean and the thickness adjustment lever is adjusting from 0 - 0.75mm without issue. There are no breaks in the length of the hose and the connections at both ends are in great condition. All included width plates are securing properly onto the dermatome using the included screwdriver. This dermatome has a stable 4,000 cycle cutting speed that produces extremely uniform grafts.
