This board can be used for snooping the HDMI DDC, CEC, or HP DET lines. For the differential signals there are tear drop test points. This is a must have for all HDMI engineers wanting to debug DDC, CEC, and HP Det issues. There are many inexpensive (< $20) USB based logic analysers for sale which can decode the DDC and CEC protocols, making this this the perfect complement to those tools.
