Nitrile rubber gaskets resist water and many chemicals. They also have good physical properties. Buna gaskets are an excellent choice for use with hydraulic fluids, fats, silicone greases, oils, and petroleum-based fuels such as gasoline.Aside from its array of chemical resistances, Nitrile has other ideal physical characteristics that contribute to its versatility and popularity.
