Suitable for use with hot or cold water, gas, air, very low viscosity fluids (< 20 cst), oils and hydrocarbons, e.g., gasoline, kerosene, or diesel fuel. The solenoid valves have a rating of IP65, which means they can withstand spray from water. However, if permanently installed outdoors, it is recommended that you enclose the valves in some protective housing. Not for use underwater.
