You are buying 5 thread reducers. These thread reducers convert a M10 (M10X1.5) threaded hole to a M8 (M8X1.25) threaded hole. These are 10mm long which allows them to be fully inserted in shallow threaded holes to prevent bottoming out or protruding. To assist in installation and removal, each thread reducer has a slot on the top for use with a flathead screwdriver. Newport is the only company I have seen sell these and a pack of 10 will cost you $43 plus tax and shipping(their part number TRM4M6-10). Much cheaper here.
