They’re perfect for small craft items, jewelry, trading cards, etc for storage, or for safe, clean packaging. The measurements are the outside of the bag. This bag will work on 5×7 photos that are printed in a photo lab because those prints are actually 1-2mm smaller. If you are cutting your own 5×7 print, it will not fit in this bag.
