Beltron System Picture Tube Restorer Model 2972-E UNTESTED *AS-IS*
This is completely untested and being sold AS-IS! All I know is that when you plug it in the red “SHORT LIGHT” turns on. I know nothing more than that. It is in a case. The left latch is broken off. I do not have the key to the case.
