Please note the batteries are old and no longer hold a charge so it only operates while plugged in with the DC adapter. Would need new batteries to power without the adapter. Everything included: handheld device (with stylus and SD card), carry case, headset, DC adapter, USB charging cables, Pen Scanner, computer CD, additional battery, and instruction manuals. This unit is complete and an excellent condition. The battery does not work any longer it will only run while plugged in. It functions as a handheld language teacher, text translator, talking dictionary and audio phrase book. It uses the iTranslate program which is a two-way text translation system.
