This is pure 99% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) plus a perfumer’s kit including a sensational “Polo” type fragrance concentrate on a first-come-first-serve basis. We may substitute another nice fragrance when Polo runs out. We charge shipping for only the first bottle. Additional bottles are shipped free. To make an effective HAND SANITIZER, you may use this formula: Isopropy Alcohol 70% Jojoba oil 10% Fragrance oil 1% or so Water to make 100% (without making mixture turbid) Jojoba oil is available from our website. You may substitute the Jojoba with Aloe Vera gel, glycerin, or even skip it altogether if not conveniently available. Do not use alcohol straight because it may dry up your skin. You also want to give the alcohol a chance to penetrate the germ, instead of just hardening the outer shell to prevent further penetration.
