It consists of x4 non-bonded twisted pairs of 24awg PO (PolyOlefin) insulated color-coded solid bare copper conductors, wrapped in a clear mylar tape to form a core, then bundled with solid tinned copper drain wire, then wrapped in a foil shield (100% coverage aluminum foil/polyester tape backing with foil side facing in), all covered in a white PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride) jacket.
