AUTOOL EM160 forklift battery charger is an advanced fully-automatic smart charger that can charge 24V and 200AH-300AH lead-acid batteries. The whole process only requires to plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch and it will be charged automatically. There is no need for manual supervision throughout the whole process, and the power is automatically stopped when it is full-charged.It also has a variety of protection functions such as reverse polarity, over voltage, under voltage, over temperature, short circuit，which is safer to use. IMPORTANT: This only supports charging 2 batteries in series with 12V battery and 30A current, please check your battery parameters before purchasing. Working Instructions: 1. Firstly connect the battery connector, then plug it into 110V or 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, and the machine will output current and voltage after self-checking for 3-4S. The digital display shows the current and voltage, the charging indicator light is on (red), and the charger may make a slight noise. When the battery is fully charged, the full indicator lights (green). 2. The digital display shows that the voltage and current are zero, and the fan stops after a delay of 60-120S. When the charger is over-temperature and over-current, the fault light is on (yellow), and the digital display shows zero voltage and current. 3.
