Up for sale is a lot of 4- Johnson Controls 1/2″ FPT 3-way motorized ball valves with manual overide. They are New in the box with all the documents and operating instructions! Opened only for visual identification. All four valve and actuator assemblies are new, identical, easy to install, Built and tested by Johnson Controls “Tags Attached” on each assembly. These motorized ballvalve assemblies allow for a full port straight thru flow and divert at a 90° angle, and visa versa the other way. The retail price for these assemblies is $340 each.
