Therefore, we do not ship directly to international addresses and orders are subjected to Ebays policies and transit times. If the customer received the correct item and wants to return it, the customer is responsible for all shipping and associated fees. If the customer received an incorrect item, please provide photos and send to us so we can determine best course of action. If the product becomes defective or needs servicing (tools, electronics, etc) and have a warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees back into the USA and returning to your country for items that need servicing/replacing.
