New Old stock 3M 2 1/2 ” X 16″ sanding belts. These sleeves are dated 1995 or 96. They probably are a little newer than that. They still appear to be in working condition and I did check for strength and they seem strong still, but keep in mind they are about 30 years old. Please see pictures for more details.
