Includes carrying case, sterilizable cable, rigid nonmetallic headband with replaceable foamback head pad, and optical system with various beam diameters. CONDITION: Items came from a working U.S. Military environment, unable to test at our facility. Item is used, in good condition. Comes only as shown. Appears to be in good cosmetic condition, working condition is unknown. Comes with head light and cable in hard case. Case does contain scuffs and sticker residue.
