Rixson 27-90 s floor closer Right Hand complete minus concrete box

I have a Rixson 2790s right hand floor closer for sale. It is a 90 deg swing with hold open. It comes with original box that is very tattered from kicking around in storage for years. This is a fairly complete kit. As far as I know it is just missing the concrete box. You can see what comes with it in the pictures.
