Some have a light patina of rust on the inside from storage, this isn’t visible once assembled and can be permanently arrested by a light wipe of mineral or similar oil. These assemble to floor and table base with a 7/16″ tension rod (not included) and there are threaded holes in both ends for additional bolts to prevent turning. Ships via USPS Ground Advantage.
