This is a used Jacobs Rubber Flex collet chuck, No 91-C3 which is for a D1-3 spindle, commonly seen on Monarch 10EE among others. It’s been disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. The nose cap is in good condition and spins on and off smoothly.
