MDC UHV XYZ positioner PSM-2504, 4.5″ conflat with 0 length reducer to 1.33″
Conflat flanges are 4.5″. Assembly includes zero length reducer to 1.33″, I didn’t remove it as it is the perfect size for a rotary manipulator. The visible knife edges look good. There is no lubricant on the lower part of the shaft.
