HNB-1005 Dust Resting Angle Tester According to GBT 16913-2008 Dust Physical Test Method (Injection Limited Bottom Method)2. Inject enough dust from the funnel to fill the horizontal tray; Measure the acute angle between the inclined plane of dust accumulation and the horizontal plane at the bottom, which is the dust resting angle. Operation steps:1. The instrument should be placed horizontally on the test bench; Block the funnel outlet with a stopper rod2. Load the dust sample into a measuring cylinder, level it with a scraper, and pour it into a funnel. Measurement process:1. Pull out the stopper to allow dust to flow out of the funnel hole;For dust with poor fluidity, it can be stirred with a needle to continuously flow onto the material tray.3. After all the dust has flowed out, the rotating protractor measures the acute angle between the dust cone generatrix and the horizontal plane on the material tray, which is the resting angle.4.
