Comes as seen in the pictures. The sequence of what the monitor is doing is on the pictures. No idea if it works or not. It beeps and seems to restart about every minute or two. Comes with the plug to the wall. 1 is missing some keys. M7 1 of them comes up to the screen as seen on the last picture.
