30″x 16″ Plasma Table Roll-Around Kit – Water Table

Then seal up the top shelf, add water, along with the included wave break and you have the best water table for your hand held plasma cutter. 3 gallons gives 1 1/2″ of water with 5 1/2″ of air space which minimizes splashing while containing the mess. We also include an adjustable clamp to hold our Plasma Stencils or straight edges. There are two styles of clamps to choose from that can also be used on your current fab table. The edge clamp style uses a 3D printed spacer, 1/8″ for our table and other thickness are available to match your table. The weld post/fixture table style has a 5/8″ post and we include bushings that get welded to our plasma table. We also offer the 36×24 size which has a larger cutting area and easily fits any plasma cutter underneath. The 30×16 size has a smaller footprint but still makes longer cuts; the 3 shelf cart is good for small plasma cutters(50 amp or less) and the 2 shelf cart can fit larger machines. Both plasma table roll arounds have a finished working height of 35½” which is nice for standard 36″ tables. The cutting slats are tight in the middle and get progressively wider toward the edges, this allows for cutting smaller objects that stay on top and still allowing for easy longer cuts that won’t mess up the cutting slats. Round Tub – Plasma Table for 55gal. drum or 17gal. tub
911 Motorsports The Round Table will sit on top of a 55 gal. drum that is filled with water, this creates a very economical and effective Plasma Table. All of the sparks/slag and most of the smoke is captured with a 5″ air gap above the water. We include an adjustable clamp to firmly hold a straight edge, guide and our Plasma Stencils. This allows you to use both hands for guiding your plasma cutter to make precise cuts. The cutting slats just drop into place, which makes them easy to replace. They are 1/8″ x 1 1/2″ flat bar and 17 feet is required (when purchased separately). The frame is laser cut from 1/8″ steel and requires welding to assemble, it will take about 20 minutes to layout, tack and weld. The Plasma Table just rests on top of the tub, so it’s easy to take apart for cleaning or storage when not being used. Bolts are included to mount to your water tub, so it’s easy to move around. This can also be hung off your fab table or mounted on a roll around for an even better plasma cutting experience.
