These enclosures have 3 cutout inlets, 2 of which are populated. They also appear to be further secured to the box with a seal of double-sided tape. The 3rd cutout is unpopulated and open. The enclosures themselves appear to have been originally designed to be fully isolated and waterproof capable (before cutouts and inserts).
