Measure exactly the lip in the back of the panel and for best fit overcut by 6mm. Sand Wall & Place Panel: Sand the edges of the wall. This will ensure your frame fits securely in the hole. Then push the panel firmly into the hole. Caulk Back of Access Panel: Insert the door into the access panel frame and apply acrylic adhesive on the reverse side of the frame. This will ensure your frame fits securely in the hole. 4. Anchoring the Frame – Use adhesive ( adhesive prepare by yourself ) for tight frame to complete installation.
