Durozone RD 4” round damper with 24 volts AC, 3 wire power close/power open damper. (Picture shown is 10” – all others similar.) One of the oldest and most proven designs in the motorized damper business, the Durozone RD damper is an outstanding value and features a 3 wire, power open, power close motor. Unlike spring return dampers, the 3 wire design only uses power when the damper is moving. The Durozone RD-04 damper series can be controlled by a standard thermostat with no extra relay needed, unlike most other 3 wire dampers. A 5 year, best in business, warranty is standard with this damper. “Normally open” or “normally close” does not apply to these dampers since no spring is involved and dampers use power only when moving.
