These were purchased at an electronics supplier liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory bags. We repackaged them in heavy Ziplok bags. These are designed with stepped unidirectional teeth beneath the head. When the screw is tightened and then released, the stepped edges bite into the surrounding material to prevent loosening caused by vibration or movement of the assembly.
