20 Old Historic 1980s 5" Silicon Conductor Wafers Copper Plated in Original Box. There is a combination of wafers which have different coatings. Some are coated in copper or other darker silicon colors, and the opposite side of some are a Chartreuse color. Both sides of the wafers are shown. These were research samplings and the coatings have various degrees of separation from the wafers. The 20 wafers are stored in the original box with original tags. Very nice piece of computing history that is great for a collection.
