Silver mica capacitors are high precision, stable and reliable capacitors. They are available in small values, and are mostly used at high frequencies and in cases where low losses (high Q) and low capacitor change over the time is desired. These Silver Mica Capacitors were made by Cornell Dubilier. Precut leads are approximately .150" long and will easily solder onto a 63mil (1.6mm) PCB's as well as push into solderless breadboards . These are NOS that came from a High End Audio Company located in Arizona. While these capacitors were used mostly in audio tone control circuits, they will make excellent capacitors for any circuit design. I acquired these when the Company closed its doors. As last man standing in Engineering, I was allowed to purchase much of the Engineering Labs Assets.
