Offered are 10 different circuit wafers. 5 ea of 5” + 6” diameter. All vintage from 1980’s/1990’s. Lots of nice circuit architecture to explore. Great for collectors, teachers/students or for anyone who might enjoy some quality historical artifacts from a unique time in semiconductor history. Wafers also frame well for interesting accent display pieces. I decided to offer these together for added variety. Pictured are a sample of some of the wafers being offered.
