Now a tough leveling alignment, with adjustment screws under the equipmen, can be viewd in real time as the adjustment screw are turned. The Electronic Level Wafer sensor is designed to closely match silicon wafer size and weight. This sensor will fit on wafer chucks, end effectors, quartz boats and almost anywhere else a wafer goes.
