The SMA-1 is an analog strong motion accelerograph equipped with 3 sensors of +/- 1g full-scale sensitivity. The sensors sensitivity can optionally range ?, ½, 2g. The SMA-1 frequency response from DC to 25 Hz. Time series are analog photographic files stored on a 50 foot film roll. The recording resolution depends upon the film quality. Timing system for events time identification is optionally TCG-1 or WWVB clock systems. The SMA-1 can be operated as a single unit, or interconnected in sets of several units for multi-channel applications. Key not included
