This item sort of has us stumped. They seem a bit loose on the BSP and BSPT (British Standard Pipe and British Standard Pipe Taper) fittings we have on hand. They actually screw on a 1/2" male NPT (National Pipe Taper) thread perfectly, however, we don't usually see compression nuts used with NPT threads.
