exact item shown, Sage (Eravant) isolator - part number is blurred so it's very hard to read, see photos, the best I can read it, it is SNC-1832230718-KMKF-IJ, which doesn't match anything in their current catalog. However, their 2018 catalog is available and it tells us how to read the part numbers. (see below). it is a 18 to 22 GHz part - that seems reasonable from the trace,I put the marker at 15 GHz but it's looking better by 18, and from the shape of the reverse transfer, 22 could well be the top frequency (My analyzer tops out at 20 GHz). And you can see from the blue curve to the right of the marker, isolation is close to 20, so the 18 dB also seems reasonable - so I'd say this unit is working per spec. company's site is here https://www.eravant.com/DESCRIPTION: SNC series coaxial isolators and circulators are designed and manufactured to provide low insertion loss and high isolation for system integration applications. While the isolator is an important device where port isolation and VSWR are concerned, the circulator offers duplexing functions in many radar and communication systems. The below standard offering addresses specific operation frequencies and package styles.
