GeneNano -Silica-Coated Brown magnetic beads about 300nm 1 ml 2 ml and 5 ml SKU: GN-1010 GeneNano™ Silica-Coated Magnetic Beads are synthesized by specific methods so that the beads have even size and efficient disposal. The advantages allow us to bind nucleic acid better. Silica coating effectively adsorbs DNA or RNA nucleic acids. The impurities can be removed with a wash buffer. Finally, DNA/RNA is eluted into an elution buffer or water. The eluted sample can then be used for such downstream applications as qPCR or sequencing. A strong magnetic core allows GeneNano™ Silica-Coated Magnetic Beads to separate the solution particles with our magnets in under 5 seconds. This allows for easy processing with our magnetic racks. GeneNano™ Brown Magnetic bead technology can also be used with automated extraction systems for high throughput nucleic acid purification.
