10′ Holland Shielding Systems EMI/RFI EMC-IP Gasket Knitted Mesh w Neoprene Foam
10′ Holland Shielding Systems EMC-IP Gasket Knitted Mesh w/ Neoprene Foam EMC-IP Gasket is cut at 10’ lengths, however if you purchase multiple quantities, we’ll make only one cut. For example, if you purchase quantity “3” you’ll receive one 30’ piece. This gasket is used for screwed connections for EMI and EMP protection. The water seal is made out of flame-retardant neoprene foam. In the water seal are not only holes for bolts but also holes to make the foam easier to compress. This makes it so that it can be used to screw thinner plates together without bending. The core of the knitted mesh material is Neoprene foam (base material) The base material of the gasket is made of neoprene that can be ordered in different widths and lengths. The thickness of the foam 4mm The width is 20mm and 4mm thickness with holes 4″ apartKnitted wire mesh EMI/RFI gasket combined with water sealBenefitsHigh attenuation for lower frequencies (low-frequency magnetic shielding)Suitable for use under extreme conditions (military applications)Wear-resistantNot susceptible to corrosion Total Parts will guarantee you’re totally happy with your purchase! 14 Day Return Policy if merchandise is in unused condition. We promise to ship your merchandise fast!We promise to send you tracking information immediately when shipped! We promise to respond to your questions and concerns! If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions please contact us through the eBay messaging system. Please take a moment to see our current specials on eBay our other eBay listings. For example, if you purchase quantity “3” you’ll receive one 30’ piece. 10′ EMC-IP gasket with controlled compression stops for EMI and EMP protection This gasket is used for screwed connections for EMI and EMP protection. The water seal is made out of flame-retardant neoprene foam. In the water seal are not only holes for bolts but also holes to make the foam easier to compress. This makes it so that it can be used to screw thinner plates together without bending. Around the bolt holes are compression stops to prevent the gasket overstretches. This makes it possible so that with a torque control the gasket is under exactly the right stress for water and EMI sealing during mounting. The compression stops are made of metal. The core of the knitted mesh material is Neoprene foam (base material) The base material of the gasket is made of neoprene that can be ordered in different widths and lengths. 25 Feet Cho-Seal EMI Shield Gasket Material, .062″ x .100″ Conductive Elastomer
2488XF1C.13 New Chomerics (by Parker Hannifin) Cho-Seal EMI Shield Gasket Material, .062″ x .100″ Conductive Elastomer, Part Number 10-05-4699-1285. Each bid quantity is for One (1) Bag Containing Twenty-Five (25) Linear Feet. You may bid / buy any number of bags, up to the total quantity available above. This was purchased at an electronics supplier liquidation earlier this year, and it was brand new on the original factory spools. We measured it and repackaged in heavy Ziplok bags for resale. Chomerics 1285 is made with a silicone rubber elastomer that is impregnated with finely powdered Silver and Aluminum metal during the manufacturing process. This gives it some interesting properties, such as conducting electricity and providing shielding against electromagnetic interference. It is noticeably heavier than ordinary silicone rubber, but it is not as stretchy. Hardness is around Shore 65 (+/-7). Parker has full specs for this product available online at: http://www.chomerics.com/products/emi/gaskets/cond_elast/specs/tables/1285.html Note: About 95% of these bags should be one full, unbroken 25′ piece of material. We did, however, have a few bags with broken pieces that got mixed in with the others (about 15 out of 300 bags). We will try to pull out any bags with “extra ends” as we ship them, but one could occasionally get through. According to the calipers Length: 25 Linear Feet Cross section: .100″ / 2.54mm x .062″ / 1.58mm (rectangular)
100 Chomeric EMI Shield Silicone Patch Dot Nickel Carbon Fiber 19-11-19907-S6305
2984XH3E.03 New Parker Chomerics Cho-Seal EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) Die Cut Shield Patch Dots, Made of Nickel Plated Carbon (Ni/C) Fiber Shielding Matrix, Part Number 19-11-19907-S6305. Each bid quantity is for a Lot of One Hundred (100) EMI Patch Dots. You may bid / buy any number of lots, up to the total quantity available above. These were purchased at an industrial liquidation earlier this year, and they were in the original factory bags. We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale. They seem to be some kind of peel-and-stick dots. However, the white side does not peel off very easily – if at all. On most pieces we tested, it is *very* firmly attached, and when it does finally tear, it shreds into fibers sort of like Tyvek. The silicone is soft and pliable, but the adhesive is probably out of date (August 2005). We therefore recommend that you simply dab on a suitable liquid adhesive, and bond the EMI patch to your surface. Should be just the thing for screw holes and other small EMI leaks. The part number 19-11-19907-S6305 breaks down as follows: 19-11: Die cut product 19907: Parker internal drawing number S6305: Material Ni/C (Nickel plated carbon fiber) According to the calipers: Diameter: .379″ / 9.64 mm Thickness (including white backing): .029″ / 0.74 mm Thickness (including white backing): .024″ / 0.61 mm According to the manufacturer: S6305 — Good performance in moderately corrosive environments; material of choice for flange finishes needing “bite-through” for good electrical contact.
